For 50 years our family has been making the full size Puzzle Rocker — a fully functional rocking chair made entirely of interlocking pieces. No nails. No screws. No glue. Strong enough to hold a grown man comfortably.

My dad found the original at an auction in Hartsville, Tennessee in the late 1970s for $5. He rebuilt it, perfected it, and passed it down. .

The full size Puzzle Rocker will be handcrafted from Tennessee white oak — the same wood trusted in bourbon barrels and marine applications for centuries. Built to live on your porch for generations, not just years.

This is not furniture. This is a family heirloom you assemble yourself.
