Refund policy

"We want you to love your Puzzle Rocker. Here's our promise:

Damaged or defective items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything isn't right. We'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Unopened returns: If you're not satisfied for any reason, return your unopened kit within 30 days for a full refund.

Opened kits: Because our kits are handcrafted in small batches, we're unable to offer refunds on opened products. However if you're having trouble with assembly we're here to help — just reach out directly.

Gift purchases: If this was a gift and something went wrong, contact us. We're a family business and we'll take care of you.
